Email Marketing with Network Marketing

December 15th, 2008 by admin

Global Domains International Inc

One of the more important aspects of network marketing (aka MLM) is the lowly e-mail - the thing people love to hate simply because these days it’s often viewed as spam before it’s even opened.

Not sure you should try this  this kind of marketing because people may delete your e-mail? They might anyhow, no matter what you do, but that doesn’t mean you don’t do this type of marketing.

Targeted e-mail is one of the most powerful marketing tools available if done correctly. A good crafted email marketing strategy is the foundation for relationship marketing.

The best part about e-mail marketing is the outstanding results you can get without investing too much time and an even smaller amount of money. E-mail marketing is inexpensive and what better way to market on a shoe-string budget? There’s no production, materials or postage costs, and, it’s 20 times more cost effective than direct mail.

The major selling point about e-mail marketing is you are proactively taking action and talking to your existing team members and prospects. You’re not sitting there waiting for them to come to you or back to your web site. It’s also IMMEDIATE communication. Your call to action is clear: “Click here to take advantage of this offer”, or “to learn more about this service” click here and we’ll get back to you immediately.

Generally speaking responses to this type of e-mail occur within 48 hours of being sent.However, don’t feel discouraged if you don’t get a response.  Just keep on trucking and sending your targeted messages.

Here’s one kind of e-mail that guarantees you have a captive audience - or rather one that asked to receive the information you are sending to them.

It’s called Opt-In E-mail.They’ve in some manner agreed they want more information from you, which is a major benefit for your marketing strategy.  Can you buy an service that provides you with opt-in e-mail leads? Yes you can, but why would you want to when you can write your own opt-in message?

All you have to do is send an e mail that briefly describes what you have to offer, and then ask in the e-mail if the person would like more information.  If they respond to you, then you can carry on giving them more details about what you’re offering.

Global Domains International is one such MLM company that provides you with the tools of email marketing in their network marketing system. The ready made websites provided includes an opt in form that prospects can enter their email addresses to opt in to receive more information. The system will then follow up with the prospects with more information and a call to action to join GDI.

New Wave Advertising

The New Wave Marketing

The Advertising World will soon change with the revised principle of Marketing, known as the New Wave Marketing.

Philip Kotler and Hermawan Kartajaya will soon write a new book known as New Wave Marketing that will explain the revised 9 principles of Marketing.

With these new terms, advertising strategies and chosen media will have to change and adapt to these principles.

Briefly, the nine principles of Marketing has been revised to the 12 C’s of New Wave Marketing as illustrated below:

  • Segmentation => Communitization
  • Targeting => Confirming
  • Positioning => Clarifying
  • Differentiation => Coding
  • Marketing-Mix => Crowd-Combo
  • Product => Co-Creation
  • Price => Currency
  • Place =>Communal Activation
  • Promotion => Conversation
  • Selling => Commercialization
  • Brand => Character
  • Service => Caring
  • Process => Collaboration

These new terms described the principles of Marketing better than the previous terms. New Wave Marketing elements when applied allows companies to reap huge benefits with sustainable competitive advantage over others that do not apply them.

Many of these new wave companies or new wave marketers who applied New Wave Marketing Principles have started to switch to online marketing and online media such as the internet, blogs, videos and mobile internet.

The evolution of New Wave Marketing is actually the result of the development of internet and many large successful businesses who have applied it has become highly successful including internet businesses as we know it such as FACEBOOK!

Communitization is the first element and key to successful New Wave Marketing and the internet has allowed marketers to find and research the types of community suitable for their businesses. It is also easier to find out the size of the suitable community online in order for the marketer to confirm and clarify joining the community

Hence, advertising managers should start to look into these new influencial media for their advertising strategies.

Different Internet Marketing Strategy

December 13th, 2008 by admin

Take a moment to think about how this. If given enough thought, you’d realize that just about any business owner who utilizes the Internet for business purposes, whether or not they intentionally organized an Internet marketing campaign, they may already be marketing their products and services on the Internet. This article will examine some subtle ways business owners may already be marketing their business on the Internet.

If you are a business owner, take time examine these questions and there answers if you can relate to them.

Do you have a website for your business? Business owners who answer yes to this question are already marketing their products or services online just by virtue of the fact that they have a working website. Having a live website means there is a potential for curious Internet users to access your website. Despite your lack of efforts to spreed your pressence on the Web, but your website will still eventually give you some product promotion - a great passive marketing strategy.

Do you participate in message boards and include a link to your website in your signature? Again business owners who answer yes to this question are already marketing their website online. Savvy business owners realize the importance of participating in industry related message boards to create an interest in their products and services, establish themselves as an authority in the industry and offer a link to their own website even if it is in the signature line of their posts. However, even business owners who do not realize this may already be inadvertently enjoying the benefits of Internet marketing which result from message board participation just by doing something they enjoy and may be doing as a form of leisure activity.

Do you include keywords which are relevant to your business in the content of your website? Business owners who answer yes to this question are also already marketing on the Internet by optimizing their website for these keywords. These search engine optimization (SEO) affects the websites whether or not they were even aware of the concept of keyword density and how it can help to search engine optimize a website. Business owners will likely use certain words often depending on the type of products and services they offer just because it is natural and logical to do so. This tendency, however, can result in search engines boosting your website rankings for these particular keywords. The concept of SEO is much more involved and complex than simply using keywords frequently, but business owners can gain some benefit just by naturally applying relevant keywords to their website.

Do not dismiss the power of inboun link to your website. One of the ways to do this is to do Article Submission and a proper Article marketing strategy to help you to start getting more anchor links and increase your back links to your website. The more links the better, and for sure article marketing is one of the fastest way to get yourself some good links back and proper traffic back to your site.

We have already discussed several ways in which business owners may already be marketing online but what about business owners who want to have an increased online presence? You may want to increase your visibility on the Web because of the benefits it can give to your business. The best way to do this is to hire a consultant with experience in Internet marketing to assist you in creating a campaign which is effective for your target audience.

Alex Goad’s Google Conquest Ready To Take Off

December 13th, 2008 by admin

Google Conquest Blogging Platform

When blogs first came onto the internet scene a couple years back, they were initially considered  nothing more than just another, unsophisticated means for individuals to express their rants, general whiny stories and annoying rants to the world.  However, pretty soon, the intelligent people (like us marketers who have followed Alex’s coaching) have recognized the use of blogs as the premier channel of marketing on the web - no matter what you are doing - like focussing on brand recognition, sales, promoting, etc. Google and the other main search engines DEVOUR blogs. Actually, let me clarify, Google loves blogs which are structured optimally to show RELEVANT and on-topic content.  This is a fundamental feature with the Google Conquest blogging platform.  Coupled with the fact it will automate the optimization and promotes your blog which are so important to getting the lifeblood of your blog flowing - which is TRAFFIC.

As you may have noticed, blogs have literally consumed a big chunk of first page rankings in THOUSANDS of niches. In fact, many sites that you visit could very well be a blog, but they don’t appear like the boring WordPress blog that we can spot like a sore thumb (using WordPress as an example). These blog themes have become quite unique in presentation and functionality and have become a very powerful method to market a variety of products and/or services.  There are literally thousands and thousands of niche areas which are utterly ripe for domination by creating a properly search engine optimized blog and having it appear not just on the first page of the Google SERPS, but in the FIRST spot. The best part of blogging is, especially with utilities such as Google Conquest, is they are VERY EASY to manage and keep track of.  You pen your article or post, hit the publish button and voila!, your post is available for the rest of the web to see - all properly formatted, keyword and tag optimized, and with a plethora of methods to integrate Viddler videos or pictures or sound bytes as well as many other widgets with a  press of a button.  No need to figure out complex HTML or PHP or AJAX or DreamWeaver etc etc etc.

Another key feature of a blog is its ability to “syndicate” your content using RSS feeds (really simple syndication). RSS Feeds are basically a way of announcing your newly produced content to literally THOUSANDS of other blogs or portals which are “listening” for RSS Feeds based on your niche to post on their own sites - again, yet another component in Alex’s Google Conquest System which will automate this boring promotional (but very important process.

Just think, using Alex’s Blog System, you could essentially create a blog from zilch, populate it with posts that you didn’t even write, earn cash with Adsense Ads or Amazon Products or Clickbank affiliate products, declare it’s RSS feed to the world, and within five minutes, have a ton of traffic coming to your site… Too good to be true?  It Isn’t, and it’s launching… NOW. PPC Management Advantages and Warnings

December 13th, 2008 by admin

In the quest for greater exposure and more visitors to your website, no one can afford to skip over using Pay Per Click (PPC) advertising. Statistically, PPC is the most effect method of advertising on the Internet.

But there’s a catch - PPC looks easy. I mean, all you have to do is sign up, set a budget, choose what you’re willing to pay for clicks and pick some keywords. Your ad goes public almost immediately and potential customers can come directly to your website from the search engines. Pretty simple. But a lot of money and opportunities have been wasted by jumping into this seemingly simple arena unprepared.

In a matter of a few hours, a new PPC user can easily end up spending thousands of dollars and have nothing to show for it. Using a PPC Management Service can protect you by working within an agreed budget where they’ll use their expertise on your behalf to get the results you are looking for. Working with a PPC Management Service can actually save you a LOT of money while boosting your visitors and conversions.

With the global economic situation the way it is, the average CPC (cost per click) price is increasing. Actually turning a profit using PPC is getting harder for the amateur user. Using their skill, a professional PPC Management Service can develop a plan that works for you and your business, no matter what size it is.

Because of its deceptively easy appearance, new PPC users should be warned. It is in the details of your ad campaigns where the success and failure will be determined. If you’re not experienced in advertising through PPC, be very cautious. You would probably be better served to choose an experience PPC Management Service to serve you.

Doing this along can be difficult because it’s one thing to have more visitors because of your PPC campaign and quite another to actually convert them in buyers. An experienced PPC Management Company will be able to counsel you on both traffic (visitors) and conversions. Using their years of experience rather than the guesswork of an amateur, the results will be much better.

To make sure you make the right choice to handle your PPC Management, click the following link to learn about 4 things you should look for in professional PPC Services. Knowing these could make the difference between choosing a company that is a miserable failure and one that brings you abundant success.

Google Conquest by Alex Goad

GoogleConquest

Google Conquest

Alex Goad is releasing his revolutionary product called Google Conquest - an “all-in-one-box” solution to blog promotion.

I’ve been a fan of Alex for quite some time since he’s a fellow Canadian and uber successful affiliate marketer & entrepreneur - he is quite inspiring really.

He’s released a few rock solid products that I’ve personally used to get my internet marketing career rolling and needless to say, whatever he says actually works.  With one obvious disclaimer, you have to take MASSIVE ACTION in order to make it work - which is basically like everything else in life.  If you were to just read a book about finishing an IronMan triathlon, it is very unlikely you’d cross the finish line by just reading it, you actually have to put in the time and the dedication to training and do all the core steps to get you there.  I treat internet marketing with the exact same state of mind - read the materials, absorb it, and most importantly - implement!

The premise behind Google Conquest is as follows:

  • Micro-niching effortlessly
  • Create ultra targeted, super specific blogs full of content
    (images and videos, your adsense blocks and affiliate links)

There is also a syndication aspect (likely a blog network) that not only allows you to grab authoritative, high PR links from various high-quality sites, it also gives you the ability of having other publishers populate your web site with their own unique content… There are many new products being released by various marketers that have similar functions - one major feature being a private blog network to use to promote your own money sites.   EVERYONE is teaching about finding affiliate products, creating Google hungry (SEO optimized) WordPress blogs, Squidoo Lenses, Web 2.0 pages, then using RSS submissions to notify Google to visit your pages which should have a anchor text optimized backlink to your own affiliate link or your money site promoting the offer.   The idea is pretty simple, but just takes some know-how to put in action - as soon as you have it figured out, you just rinse and repeat over and over and over.

I’m eager to see what Alex’s products has to offer but if the success of his last few offerings is any indicator, Google Conquest will be a sure hit as well.

Increase Your Website Visibility using Article Marketing

December 12th, 2008 by admin

From Overture, a keyword suggestion tool, you will see the millions of searches done to a certain keyword. When these keywords are typed on search boxes of search engines, indexed websites containing articles with those keywords will be displayed. And this is what leads traffic to websites with keyword-rich articles. Yes, the magic word is articles.

Content is king. You can say that again. That is why writing articles is one of the most utilized Internet marketing media today. Internet surfers just can’t get enough of information on various fields. Providing information through these articles is a surefire way to drive hot traffic to your Web site.

Why is this so? Here are the benefits that writing articles can give your Internet business, and how a proper article marketing strategy can increase your ranking faster than any other tecnique.

1. It’s absolutely free.

Too good to be true? Not. Alright, so you have pay your Internet Service Provider. That’s it. All you need is your thoughts, your computer, and your hands. If you have those, nothing will stop you from typing words that will make you complete that article for your website. On which aspect of that process did you really shell out any cent? Maybe later when your electric bills come.

2. Your website will be noticed in a short period of time.

Submit that article of yours to article directories that get the most Web traffic and in no time your Web site will be crawled. That is if you don’t forget including your resource box or byline.

3. Instantly gain back links.

When you submit your articles to directories, surely, other websites will make use of your article, too. With the copyright terms of your articles, the URL of your website will still be in tact and will subsequently direct more traffic to your website. So always keep in mind how important is to use a correct tool to submit your article to the proper sites.

4. Improve your reputation.

As an Internet marketer, if you plainly display your products on your website, you will not gain much conversion rate. You cannot convert your website traffic until your visitor or visitors buy what ever it is you are selling. You have to show that you are knowledgeable on your field. And what better way to show that than by writing articles that will allow you some bragging rights, right?

Just make your creative juices flow and jot down or key in those ideas quickly to jumpstart your article writing momentum. With those benefits listed above, a writer’s block is the last problem you will ever be able to surmount.

5 Copywriting Services To Take Your Advertising and Marketing Further

December 12th, 2008 by admin

In this article, not only will I list 5 types of copywriting services, I also give you some out-of-the-box ideas that will help you see new advertising channels through which you can reach your market.

This is not an exhaustive list of services.  The 5 types of copywriting services are listed here with the intention of representing all the possibilities that are in store for you.  Your website copywriter can help you determine which type, or combination, is best for you.

The 5 Types of Copywriting Services

The two broad categories we can classify copywriting services into are: offline and online.

Infomercials, direct mail, and radio are all examples of offline advertising.  However, since this article is written with the Internet-oriented business owner in mind, online services are what I’ll focus on.  (However, with proper guidance, most offline advertising can be transferred online, and vice versa.  A sidewalk banner can easily be scaled down to a banner image that fits on a web page.  Your best-converting pay-per-click ad can easily be printed in a newspaper classifieds.)

Copywriting Service #1: Salespage Copywriting Services {(But Not What You Think)(Not What You Think)(Without Leaving Money On The Table)}

Though all marketing should lead to the page where the prospect becomes a buyer, this isn’t the type of copywriting I’m talking about here.

Instead, I’ll let you in on an often-overlooked type of web page that employs an otherwise ordinary copywriting service.  However, it’s the strategy that makes it really effective.  And that’s the use of the one-time-offer.

Whereas the salespage is what your visitor sees before they buy, the OTO is a salespage your visitor sees after they have just made a purchase.  The OTO is a salespage your visitor lands on after they have just bought from you.  It’s part of a strategy based on the fact that a certain percentage of your buyers are likely to buy again…especially while they’re “hot”!  Due to the nature of the offer, they won’t see that same offer at that price again.  If they close the page or refresh, they lose out.  They can buy later, but not at this steal of a deal.  Of course, the offer presented here is complimentary to the purchase they’ve just made.  In fact, it may be an upgrade of it, or even a “diamond” version.

Due to this one-time situation, and if your copywriter has done a good job at presenting your one-time-offer, your buyer will feel very compelled to make a second purchase.  In fact, it might not even be a hard decision at all.  This can drive profits significantly.

The OTO is a very profitable example of how a good, professional copywriter can significantly increase your profits.

Many marketer overlook the power of this simple strategy.

Copywriting Service #2: Video Copywriting and Marketing

Is a powerpoint-to-video presentation best for your visitors?

How about an infomercial-style video?

How does the fact that most people are visual learners influence how you’ll produce a visual message?

I’m sure you know that online video is a huge trend, confirmed by the growing number of video sites like YouTube, Metacafe, and Revver.

Video marketing isn’t thought of as part of what a copywriter does.  That’s the old way.  When you consider the fact that 52% of all Internet traffic is video, or video-related, it becomes apparent that you should consider the services of a professional video marketer.  You may find that leading-edge copywriters and marketers, as well as internet marketing providers, will increasingly offer video marketing services.  You can ask your copywriter if they provide video marketing services to their clients.  Currently, there are very few who do, but since video is increasingly used as a viable marketing medium, the need for video marketing services will increase, and copywriters are in a very good position to offer this.

Video marketing, when done well, can be a profitable marketing channel for you.  One need look no further than Blendtec’s popular “Will It Blend” series of videos on Youtube.

Copywriting Service #3: Adwords Pay-Per-Click Campaign Management

In October 2008, one of my copywriting coaches told me something that I had heard numerous times before: that a small change in an ad can yeild a significant increase in response.

In addition to writing pay-per-click ads for your marketing campaigns, a professional copywriter can also manage them. If your copywriter understands pay-per-click, they can monitor each pay-per-click ad.  Some will be profitable for you, whereas a few will break even or fail to yeild a positive ROI.  Using testing and tracking, your copywriter can deactivate the losing ads, and direct more effort toward creating ads that resemble the positive ROI ads.

Copywriting Service #4: E-mail Copy (And Autoresponder Series)

Before going further into the subject of e-mail copywriting services, we should note that being CAN-SPAM compliant is one thing to keep in mind. I won’t go into the specifics of being CAN-SPAM-compliant, except to say that doing so is an important requirment of proper e-mail marketing.

If you’re wondering what an autoresponder series is, I’ll explain in a moment.

Not only can enticing sales messages be written for web pages; they can also be  delivered to your prospect’s inbox.

But…depending on the market, people may not welcome overt sales messages being delivered to their inboxes, even if they’ve subscribed to your e-mail list.

So…how do you keep in touch with your e-mail subscribers, without scaring them off by repeatedly sending them “buy this” messages?

Send them e-mails that discuss on how much better their lives will be as a result of having your product, or service.  The important idea here is to sell them indirectly, instead of blatantly.  This is where the good work of a copywriter can come in handy.

For years, it’s been said that over 80% of online sales take place after 7 exposures.  This means that your prospect may need to see messages from you 7 or more times before they buy.

In addition to regular, timely e-mails, an autoresponsder series is a great way to automatically keep in touch with your prospects.

An autoresponder series is simply a number of sequential, pre-written e-mail messages that are sent to your e-mail subscribers on a pre-determined basis.

I’ve seen entire products devoted to e-mail marketing.  Last month, 2 collegues of mine attended a seminar devoted to e-mail marketing, and I know of at least one copywriter who specializes in writing autoresponder e-mails.

All these things confirm the validity of e-mail marketing and how, when done legally and properly, it can be a profitable way to keep in touch with your prospects and customer base.

Copywriting Service #5: Split-Testing and Conversion Tracking

Did you know that all of your advertising can get better and better?

Here’s a “little” secret…

Most marketers either don’t do it the profitable way, or simply haven’t heard of it.

Without going into too much detail, split-testing is the testing of two ads or messages, finding out which of the 2 works better, and improving our findings.

For example, what would you do if you had an advertising campaign that gave you an ROI
of 2:3?  ($2 profit for every $3 invested.)

You’d be running a loss…but why?

Most marketers never look beyond this point.  Or, they don’t look further than they should.

This is another area where a pro copywriter and marketing strategist can help you.

Let’s say that your advertising campaign consists of 2 different ads.

Upon closer inspection, we find that one of the ads is losing money, and the other one is actually profitable for you.  The losing one costs you $4 for every $1 it brings in, and the winning one returns $2 for every $1.

At this point, we can deactivate your losing ad, and focus more of our advertising into the ad that works.  This means that your previously-losing campiagn will now turn in  a profitable ROI of 2:1.

There’s a little more to it, but I’ll keep it simple for you.  If your copywriter does split-testing, they can explain this in more detail for you.  The unfourtunate thing is that even though they may conceptually understand what split-testing is, there aren’t a lot of copywriters who know the technical aspects of split-testing on the web.

Imagine how successful you’ll be after just a few months of new, proven, ROI campaigns.

Conversion tracking is a little more involved.  Basically, it’s a split-test that tracks your prospects throughout your entire marketing funnel.

It’s my hope that I’ve begun to open you up to the many profitable advertising vehicles that exist for your Internet business, and all of your projects.

This may seem like a lot, and it is.  However, a good website copywriter can implement most of the things I’ve shown you here.

New Wave Marketing Defined

December 12th, 2008 by admin

New Wave Marketing

The famous nine principles of marketing by Phliip Kotler as we all have learned to know and applied in our marketing strategies will be revised and adapt to the modern world today and these new principles will be known as New Wave Marketing Principles. The new book on New Wave Marketing will be released soon by Philip Kotler and Hermawan Kartajaya of Markplus Inc. Whether or not these will replace the old terms from now on has not been announced.

Just to point out, The nine principles of marketing referred to as “Legacy Marketing” are:

1. Segmentation,
2. Targeting,
3. Positioning,
4. Differentiation,
5. Marketing Mix (Product, Place, Price, Promotion),
6. Selling,
7. Brand,
8. Service,
9. Process

12 C’s of “New Wave Marketing”

The new principles has now been termed the 12 C’s of “New Wave Marketing”

1. Communitization,
2. Confirming,
3. Clarifying,
4. Coding,
5. Crowd-Combo (Co-Creation, Currency, Communal Activation, Conversation),
6. Commercialization,
7. Character,
8. Caring,
9. Collaboration

New Wave Marketing is mainly about achieving high impact with low budget. While Legacy Marketing needs high budget to achieve high impact.

The New Wave Marketing elements are actually a replacement of terms from the nine principles of marketing which better decribed the way marketers use them and apply them in this modern world.

These new elements do make sense with the new world today. The changes in information technology especially the internet has revolutionized how human communicate with one another, creating more opportunities and threats to all businesses. Just like the nine principles of Marketing that needs adaption to the new world, we too need to adapt to the New Wave Marketing and apply them to our business to face this new world”

New Wave Marketing can and should be applied to internet marketing strategies. To learn how Internet Marketing plays a role in New Wave Marketing, browse and download special report on Internet Marketing for Small Business at www.BOBmarketing.com

Employing an Internet Marketing Agency - The advantages for UK Businesses

December 11th, 2008 by admin

An online presence is beneficial for any business. People usually search on the internet to search for products or services that they require and hence websites are the way to go. An UK internet marketing agency can provide the appropriate website that showcases your business and attracts visitors.

It is good business sense to use the services of an internet marketing agency. UK Businesses of all sizes and types could gain a wider customer base and publicize their products or services to more people by increasing (or establishing in the first place) an online presence. Internet marketing agencies can provide you this service in an affordable manner.

While the advantages of doing business online are fairly well known and obvious -business can be conducted instantly to anywhere in the world- many businesses still do not have a significant online presence. In some ways the internet provides a more stable and reliable economic climate than the more traditional “brick and mortar” kind of business. The global customer base does not restrict you the local population only. Another, if rather obvious fact is that you can reach so many more people online than in your local region.

You can set up your own online presence. However it is not as easy as it looks of you expect results. It’s relatively simple to put up a website. Even if you know nothing about computer programming, there are many low cost, even free resources online where you can, step-by-step, put up your site up in minutes. A simple website, however, is not enough. There are several websites in direct competition with you.

Attracting customers should be the primary aim of your website. The people who have to get access to the website are those that are looking for the products and services you sell. There various ways to accomplish this, but all of them require a fairly involved knowledge of internet marketing. You should know how to advertise and the target group the advertisement is meant for. Online advertisements has the potential to increase the profit you make. If not, it can be a break-even or even losing endeavor.

It takes quite a bit of time and study to learn how to market a website. A good UK internet marketing agency can do all of this for you. Such a service is beneficial to any kind of business from any part of the world.
